The content of hostnow.my is provided for general information about our renovation, fit-out, maintenance, plumbing and rebuild services. Prices, timelines and examples quoted in articles are indicative ranges based on our project experience and do not constitute an offer. Only an itemised written quotation, issued after a site visit, is binding on us.
2. Quotations and Engagements
- Site visits and quotations within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated (for example, fixed-price feasibility studies).
- Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Works commence only after a signed contract and the agreed initial payment.
- Variations to an agreed scope require your written approval and a documented price before execution.
- Payment schedules are tied to site milestones as set out in the contract.
3. Warranty
Completed projects carry an 18-month workmanship warranty from the date of handover, unless a different period is stated in the contract. The warranty covers defects in our workmanship; it does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, alterations by others, or manufacturer defects in owner-supplied materials (which carry their own manufacturer warranties).
4. Intellectual Property
All text, images and design on this website belong to HostNow Builders Sdn. Bhd. and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission. Design drawings and 3D visuals we prepare remain our property until the corresponding design fees are settled in full.
5. Acceptable Use of the Site
