What does a renovation quotation include?
Every line of work, every material brand and grade, preliminary works, debris disposal and a payment schedule tied to site progress — never to dates on a calendar.
Who supervises the site day to day?
A dedicated project lead visits your site daily, coordinates the trades and sends you a photo report every week. You have their direct number from day one.
Can I supply my own tiles or fittings?
Absolutely. We deduct the material line from the quote and install owner-supplied items, provided they arrive on site by the scheduled installation week.
What happens if hidden problems appear?
We document the issue with photos, price the variation and wait for your written approval before touching it. No verbal add-ons, ever.
