Our designers and carpenters share one workshop and one WhatsApp group. The result: joinery that fits on the first install, lighting that lands where the plan said it would, and budgets that survive contact with reality.

Build to Your Design
Already have an interior designer? We price their drawings honestly and build them exactly, with shop drawings for every joinery item.

One contract from concept to handover. Fixed timeline, fixed price, weekly progress reports and a single point of responsibility.
Fit-Out FAQs
How much do design fees cost?
Residential design packages start from RM8 per square foot. If you proceed with our build service, half the design fee is rebated into the construction contract.
How long does an office fit-out take?
A typical 3,000 sq ft office runs 6–8 weeks from approved drawings, including MO submissions, M&E works and joinery installation.
Is your carpentry outsourced?
No. Cabinets and built-ins are fabricated in our own Kepong workshop, which is why we can show you the carcass materials and hinges before you commit.
Can you match a Pinterest reference on a budget?
Usually, yes — we will tell you which parts of the reference drive the cost and propose equivalents that keep the look without the imported price tag.
Do you handle landlord and mall approvals?
For retail and office lots we prepare the fit-out submission drawings, coordinate with building management and arrange hoarding, insurance and permits.
