HostNow Builders did not start with a business plan. It started with a borrowed van, two toolboxes and a promise to stop leaving homeowners guessing.
From Repair Crew to Full Contractor
In 2014, our founders were fixing the leftovers of other people’s renovations — leaking bathrooms, sagging ceilings, wiring that should never have passed. The pattern was always the same: nobody had been accountable for the whole job.
So we became that accountable party. First plumbing and repairs, then carpentry, then full renovations, and by 2021 — incorporated as HostNow Builders Sdn. Bhd. — structural remodels and rebuilds. Today a team of 28 tradespeople, supervisors and designers works out of our Kepong workshop, and most new projects still arrive the old way: a neighbour saw our site board and asked around.

Say It in Writing
Scope, price, schedule, variations — if it matters, it is documented. Verbal promises do not survive a five-month project.
Leave the Site Clean
Every crew sweeps, stacks and secures before leaving. A tidy site is a safe site — and usually an accurate one.
Bad News Travels First
If something goes wrong, you hear it from us the same day, with photos and a proposed fix. Never from your neighbour.
Build Like We Will Be Back
The 18-month warranty is not a marketing line. Work we would dread revisiting is work we do not hand over.
A Team You Will Actually Meet
You will not be handed off to strangers after signing. The people who quote your project are the people who run it.
Project leads with 8+ years on Klang Valley sites run every job, backed by our own carpenters, wiremen, plumbers and tilers — not a rotating cast of subcontractors.
Our design pair turns briefs into layouts, 3D visuals and material boards, then walks the site weekly to make sure the drawings survive reality.
One coordinator handles quotations, schedules and your weekly photo reports — so questions get answered in hours, not site-visit cycles.
