Do you handle council permits and approvals?
Yes. For works that require DBKL or MBPJ approval — extensions, structural changes, facade alterations — we prepare the drawings and submit the applications as part of the project scope.
How much does a typical renovation cost?
A wet kitchen refresh may start around RM25,000, while a full terrace house renovation commonly runs RM120,000–RM300,000 depending on scope and finishes. After a free site visit you receive an itemised quotation, so you see exactly where every ringgit goes.
Can you work while we still live in the house?
Often, yes. We phase the works room by room, seal off dust zones and keep water and power running outside working hours. For structural rebuilds we will tell you honestly if temporary relocation is the safer option.
How long will my project take?
Bathrooms typically take 2–3 weeks, kitchens 4–6 weeks, whole-house renovations 3–5 months. Your quotation includes a week-by-week schedule that we commit to in writing.
Is there a warranty on your work?
Every project is covered by an 18-month workmanship warranty. If a defect appears — a hairline crack, a leaking joint, a sticking door — we come back and fix it at no cost.
Do you take on small jobs?
We do, subject to crew availability. Leak repairs, repainting, door and window replacements are usually scheduled within the same fortnight. Send us photos through the contact form and we will confirm quickly.
